Here's Everything you need:
4 Beautiful Poblano Peppers
2-4 Serrano Chilies (I only ended up using one)
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tablespoon of Knorr (Chicken Flavor Bouillon)
I put this ingredient in so many of my dishes, you can find a picture of the container in so many of my other posts if you look around :)
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Sour Cream
16 oz Linguini Pasta
Bunch of Cilantro
First, cook pasta according to package instructions, then
place poblano peppers and serrano chilies on a comal (griddle) on medium high heat.
They should look like this.....
Then just peel off the outside layer of the poblanos.
When they are nice and toasty, this process is easy.
If you don't get it all off that's ok, most of it will come off....
Then remove the stems and the seeds.
You don't have to remove the seeds from the serrano chilies, that will give the sauce a little spice.
Next, Throw it all in a blender....
Poblanos peppers, Serrano chilies (remove the stem),Cilantro, Knorr, Milk
Sour Cram andGarlic
Pulse until creamy!!
Pour over already cooked Linguini pasta...
Top it off with some Cacique Queso Fresco and cilantoro!!
